My payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment is not going through, there are a few things you can try.
First, keep in mind that our company is located in Canada. Some card companies (especially in the US) will block international payments by default.
- Check with your credit card company if there is a reason they blocked the payment. You may have to approve it via a notification or text message.
- Go to Settings > Billing and click the Retry Payment button.
- If that still doesn't work, we recommend getting in touch with your bank to pre-authorize the payment.
- Reach out to our support team if you still have trouble processing the payment.
