My payment failed, what should I do?

If your payment is not going through, there are a few things you can try.

First, keep in mind that our company is located in Canada. Some card companies (especially in the US) will block international payments by default.

  1. Check with your credit card company if there is a reason they blocked the payment. You may have to approve it via a notification or text message.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing and click the Retry Payment button.
  3. If that still doesn't work, we recommend getting in touch with your bank to pre-authorize the payment.
  4. Reach out to our support team if you still have trouble processing the payment.
