Cancel your subscription

If you need to cancel your Authorbase subscription, you can do it easily from your dashboard.

1. In the main navigation, click on your profile picture.
2. Click on Billing in the menu dropdown.
3. In the top right corner, click the I want to cancel my subscription link.
4. If there is a specific reason for your cancellation, you can add it in the popup.
5. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm.
6. Confirm in the Next Payment box that you do not see an upcoming payment.

Note that if you had lifetime discounts on your account, they will be forfeited if you cancel your subscription.
