Change your subscription

If you need to make changes to your current subscription, you can do it all from your billing dashboard.

Change your plan and/or billing cycle

1. In the main navigation, click on your profile picture.
2. Click on Billing in the menu dropdown.
3. In the Current Plan box, click the small pen icon.
4. Select your new plan.
5. If you are selecting the Exclusive Author, select which marketplace you want to keep connected to your account (you can change this later if you don't pick the right one).
6. Click Next.
7. Select your new billing cycle.
8. Click Next.
9. Confirm the changes.
10. Click on the Confirm button.

If you are upgrading to a more expensive plan/billing cycle, you will have to pay the difference that is due now. If you are downgrading to a less expensive plan/billing cycle, we will credit your account and use that credit for your next payment(s).
