Manage Editions

An "edition" for a book is created whenever you publish it to a marketplace. New editions that are imported to Authorbase will trigger a notification.

Move an edition to another book

1. Navigate to Manage > Editions.
2. Scroll or search until you find the edition you want to manage.
3. Above the wrong book, Click Actions > Choose a different book.
4. Scroll or search until you find the book you want to link the edition to.
5. Click on Select.
6. Confirm this is the right book you want to link this edition to.
7. Click Confirm.

Unlink an edition

If you don't want an edition to show in the reports, you can unlink it completely.

1. Navigate to Manage > Editions.
2. Scroll or search until you find the edition you want to manage.
3. Above the wrong book, Click Actions > Unlink edition.

View all your unlinked editions under the Unlinked Editions tab at the top of the page.
