Add a Manual Sale

Authorbase supports all major retailers. If there's a retailer we don't currently support that you need, please request it by using this form. Additionally, you can manually add sales by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Manage > Manual Sales.
  2. On the Manually Entered Sales page, click the Add sale button to begin entering your sale details.
  3. A pop-up window will prompt you to enter information about your sale. Please fill out the following fields:
    • Marketplace where the sale occurred.
    • Title of the book sold.
    • Earnings from the sale and the corresponding currency.
    • Number of copies sold.
    • Format of the book sold.
    • Date of the sale.
  4. After entering the required information, click the Save button to log the sale.
  5. A confirmation message will appear, confirming the successful addition of your sale.
  6. The sale will be reflected in your reports.

Note that the Manually Entered Sales page displays information based on the Global Filters you have selected at the top. If you don't see any manual sales on the page but have entered information, please check the global filters dates.
